We are transported back to 1966 - a Friday evening at 2AM at the Copa Room at The Sands Hotel in Las Vegas. The strip was packed with shows by the likes of Sammy Davis, Jr., Dean Martin, Harry Belafonte and more. Frank Sinatra was so popular that he had a 2 AM show. It was a happening. Other singers stopped by after their own shows. Sometimes they even joined Frank on stage. It was THE place to be.
2AM at the Sands takes us back in time through stories and music like never before.

2AM at the Sands was born from Andrew and Kevin's love of the Sinatra era, especially the late 1960's. They had a vision for a show that would be history merged with fiction. Not an impersonator act (no one can impersonate Frank). A one act musical that would resonate with a broad audience, that uses images and video that carry an audience back in time. Stories, music, facts, visuals.
Kevin is a well-known keynote speaker on artificial intelligence and technologist with 83 patents worldwide. He invented QuietRock soundproof drywall, used in most recording studios today, and a pioneer of the first AI virtual assistant back in 1998.
Special thanks to the Jazz Lines Foundation Inc., a not-for-profit jazz research organization dedicated to preserving and promoting America’s musical heritage. Thanks to their agreement with Frank Sinatra Enterprises, LLC, the classic arrangements written for Sinatra by Quincy Jones were meticulously copied, note for note, using the original hand-written manuscripts, by Rob DuBoff and Jeffrey Sultanof.
